About Jonathan Amoia

With more than two decades of experience across capital markets, private equity, wealth management, and entrepreneurship, Jonathan Amoia brings an uncommon breadth and depth to the stewardship of exceptional family wealth. His passion lies in identifying the exact challenges confronting clients and their families, then constructing tailored strategies that address particular circumstances with precision and foresight.

Jonathan specializes in serving multigenerational entrepreneurial families, taking a hands-on approach to designing business succession and transition plans, evaluating public and private investment opportunities, and ensuring that every decision advances both financial objectives and the broader family purpose. He is equally committed to the intergenerational transfer of character, while actively guiding children and grandchildren in financial acumen, and instilling a clear understanding of the intended stewardship of family assets.

A Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) designee through the Yale School of Management, Jonathan also holds designations as a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) and is Certified in Blockchain and Digital Assets (CBDA®).
